Squire?s Garden Centre in Badshot Lea (near Farnham) is celebrating after their Caf? Bar team won ?The Greatest Garden Centre Front Of House Team 2016?.

Garden Trade News awarded this accolade to Squire?s who beat off many other finalists to win Gold. Squire?s Badshot Lea also won a Silver Award for ?The Greatest Afternoon Tea Experience Team?, and a Bronze Award for ?The Greatest Garden Centre Catering Team?.

Lisa Faulkner, cookery author, presenter and actress, presented the awards at the Horticultural Trade Association?s (HTA) Catering Conference in June.

Squire?s deputy chairman, Sarah Squire, commented: “We are absolutely thrilled that our Badshot Lea Caf? Bar team have been named ?The Greatest Garden Centre Front Of House Team? for 2016, as well as winning awards for having the greatest afternoon tea experience team and the greatest catering team. We know that we have amazing teams across all of our Cafe Bars, but it?s always nice to be recognised and win awards like these.”

She continued: “Our Caf? Bar at Squire?s Badshot Lea is a fantastic place to visit as it?s very spacious with a relaxing feel, plus it has a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the plant area. It offers everything from breakfast, coffee and cake, through to lunch and afternoon tea. Plus during the two weeks of Wimbledon all of Squire?s Caf? Bars are serving up a special Wimbledon Cream Tea complete with strawberries and cream for just ?5.45.”
