Alexander Mackie Associates Ltd. are delighted to announce the private and confidential sale of Selby Garden Centre located at Hull Road, Osgodby, Selby, North Yorkshire on behalf of their clients Mr. & Mrs. Ward to Mr. Noble of Victoria Farm Garden Centre & Caf? located at Guisborough Road, Whitby, North Yorkshire.

Selby Garden Centre is a family run circa 5.25 acre (2.12 hectare) garden centre, originally purchased by Mr. & Mrs. Ward in 2000, it has been sold to facilitate Mr. & Mrs. Ward?s retirement.

Victoria Farm Garden Centre & Caf? is another family run business, originally opened in 2003 by Bill & Jean Noble but is now run by their sons Mark & Paul.

The company wishes Mr. and Mrs. Ward a happy retirement and the Noble?s a successful and prosperous future ahead.
