Customer Service expert Andrew McMillan and Chief Executive of Haskins Garden Centres Julian Winfield join the line-up of the HTA Garden Futures Conference which takes place on 15 October 2014 in London.

This resulted in enhanced sales, improved efficiencies and increased resilience to market conditions.

In order to attract year round sales many garden centres have diversified their offering.

In his session titled ?Maintaining your identity and a profitable product mix?, Julian Winfield, Chief Executive of Haskins Garden Centres who operate four garden centres in southern England, will discuss the pros and cons of the modern garden centre and share his opinion on where things are going.

Garden Futures 2014, sponsored by Hozelock, Scotts Miracle-Gro and William Sinclair is being held at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in London. The HTA Garden Futures dinner takes place the preceding evening on 14 October at the same venue with gardener and broadcaster James Alexander Sinclair providing the after dinner entertainment.
