Awards blossom for Thetford Garden Centre

Thetford Garden Centre has potted the accolades at this year?s Garden Centre Association Area Awards for the North Thames region.

The GCA did unannounced inspections in the spring and Thetford Garden Centre took third for Outdoor Living.

It also took second for both Indoor Lifestyle and Best Garden Product Retailer, and third in Garden Centre of the Year. It’s big win was first for Catering Excellence.

Catering Excellence at Thetford Garden Centre

They enter into national Catering Excellence awards which the GCA announces in January.

Lucy Nixon, director, said: ?We are especially pleased the GCA recognises the hard work we have put into our restaurant, Lime Kiln Kitchen.

“We have just had a major extension and refurbishment. It?s lovely to have scored so highly in areas such as ambience and d?cor.

“Finally, we now go through to the national award for Catering Excellence, announced in January, which is very exciting?
