Strong colours certainly look set to?be the underlying theme for bedding plant sales in 2018 judging by the response of visitors to this year?s Summer Showcase at our West Adderbury Trial Grounds.
Over 3,500 visitors attended?the 3 week long showcase, including?Growers, Retailers, Parks, Landscapers, Plant Breeders, Garden Writers, Trade Associations, Students and Home Gardeners.
Most visitors attending took the opportunity to vote for their favourite variety and by marking it with a Blue Flag. With over 1300 catalogue varieties, 200 new varieties,?700 experimental products and 9 ‘Trends’ colour themes on show, there was certainly plenty to choose from.

Top Trends Colour Combinations
Many visitors also chose their favourite colour theme from various Trends retail and flower bed displays. The most poular of these was one of the new combinations; Neon Lights with its bright white, green, yellow and red foliage arrangements.
