Bathgate returned to Glee this week to showcase its vast horticultural range, including its recently launched peat-free and peat-reduced products.

The Cheshire-based manufacturer already offers a Champions Blend 50L Peat-Free compost. Retailers can now choose from a Champions Blend Peat-Free Extra-Large Planter as well as a peat-free version of Bathgate’s 50L Multi-Purpose compost. Adding to the range is a 50L Peat-Reduced Multi-Purpose compost.

“The demand for peat free products is rapidly rising and we are responding with new products that are suitable for all gardeners and offer exceptional quality,” says Colin Sanders, Bathgate’s commercial director. “We have spent considerable time refining the ingredients ensuring the right balance of nutrients to optimise performance.”

In addition to peat-free options, Bathgate offers a wide variety of compost ranging from premium multi-purpose and John Innes No 1, 2 and 3, through to a unique product designed specifically for cultivating seeds and cuttings.

Keen gardeners can also benefit from the company’s Lawn Top Dressing, Soil Improver, and Enriched Top Soil.

Made with the finest ingredients and using the latest technology, all of Bathgate’s horticultural products are precision blended and regularly tested in its onsite laboratory, ensuring consistently high quality.

Visitors to Glee can learn more about the range as well as the services offered by Bathgate, including pre-priced point of sale material and nationwide delivery. The company’s technical experts will also be on hand to answer any queries.

Visit the Bathgate stand at stand number 20A20-B21.
