The beach is back at Frosts Garden Centre in Milton Keynes

Summer will arrive at Frosts Garden Centre in Woburn Sands this month when the beach comes back to town.

It’s time for the children of Milton Keynes to put their flip flops on and grab that bucket and spade. Come rain or shine, the fully undercover beach is the place to be this summer, with a Victorian carousel and lots of fun filled activities every day from May 21 until 4 September 4.

Sessions are two hours long and include storytelling, beach games and carousel rides, with plenty of time for free play and sandcastle making. The morning and afternoon sessions also include unlimited squash and fruit, and the lunchtime session includes a children’s lunch box.

James Frost, Managing Director at Frosts Garden Centres, said: “We are very excited to be opening the beach for another summer of fun; it’s a hugely popular attraction for families across Milton Keynes and we look forward to welcoming them again this year. We can’t guarantee sunshine with the British weather, but we can keep little ones dry whilst they perfect their sandcastles!”

From Monday to Saturday, the morning session runs from 9:30?11:30am and costs ?4.99 per child; the lunch session runs from 12:00-2:00pm and costs ?6.99 per child; and the afternoon session runs from 2:30-4:30pm and costs ?4.99 per child. There is no morning session on Sundays; the lunchtime session runs at the earlier time of 11:30am-1:30pm, and the afternoon session runs from 2:00-4:00pm.
