Bord na M?na awards Glee prize

Chris Saunders of Everton Nurseries, pictured with Bord na Mona sales manager Jason Pike, has won a trip to Dublin as a result of the company?s competition from this year?s Glee.

At Glee 2015, Bord na Mona held the on-stand competition to celebrate the launch of its new single brand strategy ? Bord na M?na Growise.

The company?s range of peat to peat-free growing media and soil improvers was launched at Glee alongside the competition for retailers to win a trip to Ireland. Retailers visiting the stand were given the chance to win a short break for two in Dublin, including return flights, accommodation, a tour of the Guinness factory and spending money.

Chris commented: ?I?m very happy about the Bord na Mona Dublin break. I?ve never been before but as I have family over there this will be particularly great.?

The new range from the company combines distinctive colour-coded packaging with new PoS boards, literature and website. Jason explained: ?The investment that has gone into the new brand is all about ensuring that the garden retail customer is well supported on and off line, in media and at point of sale. Our mission is to ensure the consumer can buy the very best performing product whatever the task and whatever their preference in terms of peat and peat-free.?
