Briers, the design-led gardening products specialist, is launching a bespoke range of products that support the charity, Historic Royal Palaces, at Glee 2014.
Historic Royal Palaces manages five unoccupied palaces: the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Banqueting House, Kensington Palace and Kew Palace. Working closely with the charity, Briers has created a range of quality bespoke products from footwear to gloves, from accessories to tools.
Briers will donate a percentage from the sales of each product to Historic Royal Palaces.
Three designs – Royal Crown, Baroque and Tudor Rose ? inspired by the architecture, gardens and collections across the estate, capture the magnificence and historic importance of the five palaces. The designs appear on many of Briers? most popular products including rubber boots, rubber clogs, the jersey glove twin pack, kneelers, Profession?elle? gloves and Gauntlet gloves. New Briers products, such as the cotton bags, twin pack secateurs, umbrellas and a fork and trowel set, are also available with the Historic Royal Palaces designs.
To help retailers maximise sales, Briers offers a high impact point of sale package and bespoke, high quality stands to display the Historic Royal Palaces range.
Over 18 months in the making, the range is the result of extensive collaboration between Historic Royal Palaces and Briers? designers. Jackie Eades, managing director or Briers said: ?With this collection, Briers offers retailers a unique sales opportunity while helping to support some of the world?s most treasured buildings.?
Briers? products can be found at Wilkinsons, B&Q, Dobbies, The Garden Centre Group, Blue Diamond and Garden and Leisure as well as independent garden centres, DIY stores and fashion retailers. Briers also supplies major national wholesalers such as Decco.
Glee takes place at the NEC Birmingham 14 – 16 September 2014. Briers is exhibiting on stand H05 in Hall 19.
