Choice Marketing appoints Terry Maywood as Non-executive chairman.

Maywood was the Managing Director of Blacks Leisure Group in its best period. He grew store numbers from 291 to 426 and profit from ?11m to ?21m. Before that, he was retail operations director from 1996.

Maywood also held key appointments at The Theo Paphitis Retail group.

Shortly after Paphitis acquired Robert Dyas, Maywood was Group Logistics Director.
?
Maywood?s early career, in retail was with Woolworths. He says a combination of Woolworths and his Grandfather are behind his love of gardening.
?
He is a non-executive director of the Bowls Development Alliance. This is funded by Sport England to promote those over 50 remaining active. He chairs their Audit committee and Safeguarding panel.
