Paul Withington Sales Director for The Coconut Kitchen commented, ? This listing is great news for our brand and with Dobbies having 14 of their stores in Scotland and the rest spread all over England this gives us a lot more reach into other parts of the UK. Its also a great accolade for us to be part of the turn around in Dobbies focus as they are now targeting a new breed of customers and are looking for brands for their food halls that offer quality products not found on your usual supermarket shelves. As our products are made here in Wales, we also offer a low carbon footprint product that we believe is also really important and fits into Dobbies?s environmental philosophy.?

Dobbies Food Buyer, Michelle Costigan said, ?The Coconut Kitchen offers our customers the opportunity to create great tasting dishes from home that are easy and quick with no fuss. Everyone seems so time poor these days so offering our customers the chance to create the perfect tasting Thai dishes is something we were really keen to do.?
