Dobbies Garden Centres unveils animated Christmas advert

Dobbies Garden Centres has released its animated Christmas advert for 2019. It follows the journey of helpful reindeer Dobbie.

The 40-second clip begins with Dobbie inside Santa’s workshop, surrounded by elves. They’re packing presents and decorating the tree on Christmas eve. Dobbie decides to prepare a festive treat for Father Christmas, and gathers help from the elves.
As silent as a mouse, Dobbie and the elves head over to Santa’s house to place out his presents. As Dobbie lays out the last mince pie, the front door of Santa’s house opens. He steps in surprised by the Christmas spread of lights, trees, gifts and food.
The fun-filled animated ad celebrates everything Dobbies has to offer at Christmas.
Graeme Jenkins, CEO says: ‘Dobbie the Reindeer is a firm favourite with our shoppers. Seeing her on screen is a sure sign that Christmas is around the corner.
‘Our stores across the country are jam-packed with some fabulous Christmas gifts, food, toys and of course trees and decorations. With the help of Dobbie, we are looking forward to spreading Christmas cheer over the next six weeks.’
This year, Dobbies is serving up a special festive breakfast with Santa in stores. Families can enjoy a cooked breakfast, activities and meet the legend himself up until the 31st of December.
