Employees celebrated at Notcutts’ annual awards
Notcutts Garden Centres has presented 12 awards at its annual ceremony which highlights staff and successes across its 19 sites.
The family-owned garden centre group announced winners in categories such as Best Restaurant, Environmental Action, Best Customer Service, Planteria Excellence and Community Hero.
It also awarded 20 Notcutts employees – one at each garden centre and one for the support staff – with Frontline Heroes awards for “demonstrating exceptional customer service.” Six staff received Long Service awards for between 25-40-year milestones at Notcutts.
Nick Burrows, chief executive at Notcutts Garden Centres, says: “We’re proud to recognise the outstanding service that our incredible teams deliver across the country every day, making great efforts to inspire customers and to share their skill and expertise. One hundred and thirty employees and category sponsors attended the ceremony held in March at Chesford Grange Hotel in Kenilworth.
