Final Pimped up Roundup displays boost sales ahead of busy summer

Roundup has announced the final winners of?this year?s ?Pimp up your Roundup?, a 3-month promotion that challenges?independent retailers to get creative when displaying the products?in store.

Now closed for 2015, the promotion ran from?March to May with hoards of retailers submitting their photos of inventive displays to be in with a chance?of winning a share of the ?6000* prize.

The winners have now been announced from the?May entries. Bridgford Garden Centre, in East Bridgford, won for its King of?Weedkillers creation, and Tamar View?Nurseries?Garden Centre, Saltash, won for its great use of Roundup?POS.

The two May winners will both receive a?Roundup Ready to Use 1L x 116 unit display?as a reward for their?creativity.

Gary Philpotts, UK?business director said, ?The Pimp up Your Roundup promotion has been well?received by retailers for 2015, with an increase in the?number of entries by?over 30%.
