ONE OF the UK?s leading horticultural design and print companies, Floramedia,? has this month (April, 2013) launched its track and trace delivery service. Floramedia has teamed up with its key distribution suppliers UPS and Wim Bosman and is now able to offer ?Track and Trace? as a standard service on all label deliveries.
Simon Dickerson, Warehouse Manager at Floramedia, which is based in Colchester, explained: ?The Track and Trace service is for all of our label deliveries whether they are from our main stock or are a bespoke order.
?A designated contact will receive an email when their order is dispatched detailing the scheduled delivery date, the address and contact name the delivery has been shipped to, the number of packages, weight and an individual tracking number.
?From the email the recipient can click to track their shipment live online, viewing its latest location. Once their order has been delivered, a final email will be sent detailing the time and date the delivery was signed for and who signed for it. A proof of delivery can also be accessed online.?
Floramedia has the UK?s largest range of stock labels and point of sale products with more than 10,000 to choose from.?The forward-thinking company is constantly improving and expanding its range.
