Frosts Garden Centre in Woburn Sands has recorded record sales across the Centre as well as visits during the lead up to Christmas.
Every year Frosts is transformed for the festive season with Santa?s Grotto, a real ice-rink, plentiful mince pies and mulled wine and a shop full of decorations to capture the spirit of Christmas at home.
Since the festivities began on November, there have been a record number of visitors with already 17,500 people passing through Santa?s Grotto and 12,000 taking to the ice-rink to show off their skating skills. Retail has also shown an increase as figures for the past month show sales of over 5,600 baubles, 2,653 metres of tinsel, 896 sets of lights and the restaurant has sold a staggering 15,469 mince pies.
James Frost, managing director at Frosts Garden Centre, said: ?This year we wanted to offer Milton Keynes the ultimate Christmas experience with more activities and events than ever before.
?So far footfall is up significantly on last year and we?re pleased that people are enjoying what we have to offer.?
