Webbs Garden Centre in Wychbold is urging customers to recycle their Christmas trees this year.
The initiative will run at the garden centre from Saturday 2 January to Sunday 10 January.
Last year?s appeal led to over 500 trees being recycled through the free service at the centre. Webbs hopes for even more trees this year, with initiatives at both its Wychbold and West Hagley-based garden centres.
Ed Webb, chairman at Webbs, said: ?People are much more environmentally aware and keen to recycle wherever possible.
?Having the tree recycling initiative right here on the doorstep makes it simple and hassle-free for local people to do their bit.?
