    The winners of the Garden Centre Association?s (GCA) annual conference awards were announced this week (January 26 ? 29, 2014).

     

    The award ceremonies took place at the conference at the Hilton Blackpool Hotel on Monday, January 27 and Tuesday, January 28 and winners were presented with their prizes.

     

    Iain Wylie, Chief Executive of the GCA, said: ?Congratulations to everyone who picked up a prize during the conference, you are all very worthy winners and have worked extremely hard during the past year.?

    Will Armitage, Chairman of the GCA, said: ?I would like to congratulate all of the winners of the awards. It is great to see so many people who are passionate about what they do and where they work and it is down to them that their garden centres have come out on top.?

     

    The GCA represents nearly 200 garden centres nationwide.

     

    Through sharing information and its inspection programme the GCA helps members to achieve high standards in customer service, plant quality and reliability.
