The Garden Industry Manufacturer?s Association (GIMA) has further expanded its member benefits with the introduction of the new HR & employment mentoring services from Kidwells Law Solicitors.

The new 24-hour, 365-day mentoring resource is available exclusively to GIMA members, and aims to help guide them through the latest changes to employment legislation as well as both day-to-day and specialist areas of employment law.

The service will also provide bespoke solutions, meaning each GIMA member can access the right information for their organisation or individual employee needs.

In addition to accessing HR and legal information, the mentoring service will also enable GIMA members to have a full legal health check for their business, including a review of contracts, policies and procedures to ensure complete compliance.

Additional services on offer include access to legal seminars and interactive workshops, a confidential HR forum and subscription to a newsletter which will deliver the latest employment law information.

Vicky Nuttall, director of GIMA, said: ?We are incredibly pleased to add this mentoring service to our portfolio of member benefits. HR and employment law is an ever-changing minefield, so we?ve no doubt that the ongoing support of Kidwells will provide much needed advice and ultimately peace of mind for our members going forwards.?
