Grange
Grange has announced two changes to its UK management team with immediate effect.
?
Dr Dominika Bienkowska is now the Chairman of the board and Paul Taylor is Commercial Director.
?
Dominika has a background in business management and product development.
?
She will steer the latter to introduce some trendsetting designs for Spring 2019. She will also improve existing synergies between Grange and its parent company Stelmet.
?
Paul will have responsibility for sales & marketing as well as a wider brief covering operations.
?
As well as strengthening its management team, Grange has also completed a reorganisation of the company?s Much Wenlock site. This will improve stock rotation and stock quality.
?
The new site layout has also allowed the fitting of anti-weathering membranes for better product protection.

Grange improvements

Completing further changes for the business are enhancements to the business’ distribution mechanics. This is to shorten lead times, raise standards in order fulfilment and increase customer satisfaction.
?
Commenting on the improvements made, Paul Taylor said: ? We have listened to our customers.
?
“We’ve taken steps to ensure that we will enter the winter storm season with very robust, pristine stocks.
?
“The initiatives taken will help to strengthen the company’s position in the timber garden structures market.
?
“We are now better placed than ever to meet the challenges of a new era in innovation, manufacturing and logistics.?
