Haskins to put more welly behind fundraising for children?s hospices

The Haskins Garden Centre in Ferndown is to join garden centres across the UK in a bid to raise substantial funds for the Greenfingers charity which is supported by the garden retail industry to create magical gardens for children?s hospices across the UK. Garden Re-leaf day is on Friday 14 March so the team at the Haskins Garden Centre will be fundraising by asking customers to fill their boots, using wellington boots to collect donations throughout March.

Haskins? chief executive Julian Winfield says that he hopes that customers will support the Garden Re-Leaf campaign: ?The gardens make a real difference to the lives of children cared for in the hospices and their families by enabling them to enjoy precious times together, away from the bedside, and appreciating the therapeutic benefits of nature.?
