with offices in Heerlen and Wateringen. It is the intention of the new owner to continue with 3 of the 4 departments, to keep the employment of as many employees as possible and to maintain the local anchoring.

From now on these 3 departments will operate under the company name Thermoflor Construct BV. Grimbergen Constructions BV in Heerlen is not taken over.

The production of Thermoflor Construct BV will be centralized within the KSPL holding company. The market name will remain Thermoflor.

Curator Scholtes: “An agreement has been concluded with the new owner about stock, inventory, intellectual property and all current contracts. I am very pleased that we were able to make a new start.”

Steven Deforche, director of KSPL holding company: “The acquisition of Thermoflor is a nice addition for us on the Dutch, German and Scandinavian market as well as in the United Kingdom.

“The intention is to further develop and expand these markets under the name Thermoflor. We also see good opportunities for synergy between our various companies within the holding company.?

The restart of Thermoflor is not only good news for employees and suppliers, but also for Thermoflor customers all over the world.
