National Honey Week 2015

The British Beekeepers? Association (BBKA) has launched the first National Honey Week, from the 25-31 October 2015.

The BBKA are asking the public ?How do you eat your honey?? and giving them the chance to donate their favourite honey recipe for the chance to be included in the BBKA Honey Recipe Book.

Contributors are asked to submit their recipe with two high-res jpeg images of their dish. The best of the submissions will be added to the book which will be downloadable from the BBKA website from 25 October.

Through the first National Honey Week, the BBKA hope to raise awareness of the traditional craft of beekeeping and the values of its by-products.

Your recipes need to be in by 10 October. Please send all entries to: NHW@bbka.org.uk
