Needlefresh, the leading real Christmas tree supplier, is offering garden centres a simple way to donate to Greenfingers via every Christmas tree retailers sell over the forthcoming festive period.
The charity is hoping garden centres across the country will take up the offer to add promotional Needlefresh labels to their stock to benefit children in hospices this Christmas.
Needlefresh is encouraging all its customers to purchase special promotional labels to attach to their stock of Christmas trees which, when each tree is sold, will see a total donation of 40p per tree being donated to the Greenfingers ?A Million Moments? appeal.
Greenfingers chairman John Ashley said: ?This Needlefresh Christmas tree promotion is a simple yet effective way for garden centres to support Greenfingers over the festive period. I am urging businesses across the country to get involved in this promotion ? for just a small outlay garden centres can know they will be directly contributing to the gardens Greenfingers hope to build in 2016.?
The A Million Moments appeal aims to raise ?1m to enable Greenfingers to bring the gift of a garden to at least 5,000 more children and families who spend time in hospices around the country.
