Visible Impact, a sales development, marketing and communication consultancy, has created a new communication platform developed specifically for garden centres and suppliers to drive customer awareness and sales.
The itower, is a sleek but sturdy free-standing unit, which comes with a high definition portrait screen to deliver clear and compelling customer communication. It comprises part of a structured sales and marketing communication package, formulated to influence customers and to positively drive incremental sales and awareness of garden centres services, facilities and marketing activity.
The screen offers vibrancy and clarity at twice the brightness of a traditional TV monitor and is presented to customers at eye-level and in the familiar poster format, identified as two key factors for a positive and effective customer communication strategy.
The units can currently be seen at Longacres, Coolings, Monkton Elm and Dean?s Garden Centres.? Each itower is monitored and once signed off by the centres, the screen content is uploaded to the units by Visible Impact. Whether for an individual centre or a group, the itowers are managed centrally to minimise the workload of the centre.
