New partnership between Norfolk nurseries

Peter Beales Roses of Attleborough, Norfolk has announced a new development with local wholesale rose grower, Whartons Nurseries, of Pulham St Mary in Norfolk.

Robert Wharton, managing director of Whartons Nurseries, has been working closely with the management of Peter Beales Roses for the last seven years to select, develop and grow a range of Peter Beales branded classic climbing and shrub roses suitable for high end garden centre customers.

Seven varieties of each category are now available for garden centre to purchase.

With every order placed, free branded point of sale material will be included to assist in the promotion of this new range.

The roses are available to order now, for delivery just ahead of this year?s Royal Horticultural Society?s Chelsea Flower Show.

The retail rose grower will be exhibiting at this year?s Chelsea Flower Show.

Ian Limmer, nursery manager of Peter Beales Roses said: ?We are delighted to be involved with Whartons in this commercial union, to get Peter Beales? name out to lot more people.

?We regularly have customers ask whether our roses are available to purchase in their local garden centres and until now this hasn?t really been something that we have been able to offer.

?However, with this joint venture, we are hoping to be able to connect with gardeners searching for Peter Beales branded roses and with over 200 garden centres already expressing a keen interest in supplying the range, it confirms demand is already sizable.?
