A Product Development Coordinator from Worcester has signed up to take part in the Nuts Challenge this Sunday (September 18, 2016) to raise money for charity.
Ben Gregory, who works at Wyevale Nurseries in Hereford, will be tackling the UK?s most iconic muddy obstacle course in Dorking on Sunday, September 18 in aid of Perennial.
The 24-year-old, explained: ?I am very excited to be taking part in this challenge for such a worthy cause. Perennial is the UK?s only charity dedicated to helping people who work in horticulture when times get tough. They provide free and confidential advice, support and financial assistance to people of all ages working in, or retired from horticulture.
?I will be taking part in the Nuts Challenge as part of the Grubby Gardeners team and I hope to raise at least ?300 for Perennial. I would like to say a huge ?thank you? to Wyevale Nurseries as they have sponsored me ?100.
?The Nuts Challenge is a 5km assault course, which has more than 60 man-made obstacles plus many natural ones. It includes things like tyre walls, rope swings and cargo nets. I hope to complete it in one piece and would be grateful for any sponsorship.?
