The annual Party for Perennial is to take place on Friday 15 January 2016 in London and potential attendees are being urged to buy their ticket as soon as possible.
The event kicks off the new year with an evening of networking, entertainment and fundraising. All proceeds from ticket sales and the night?s auction and raffle will go towards helping Perennial support horticulturists and their families during times of crisis.
The auction will be hosted by garden designer Andrew Fisher-Tomlin and prizes include a five night luxury stay for two in South Africa, an overnight stay for four at the Kentchurch Court with garden tours of The Laskett and Lyndalls, a stay at the Loch Rannoch Highland Club and The Official History of Wimbledon book signed by Andy Murray.
The party will be held at the Skyloft at the top of the Millbank Tower, offering views over the River Thames and London skyline. It marks the launch of HortAid 2016, Perennial?s year-long fundraising campaign. The last party raised over ?20,000 and the 2015 total for HortAid has now reached over ?80,000.
All funds raised through ticket sales and the auction and raffle will help support all UK horticulturists, retired and of working age, and their families, who come to Perennial for help.
