Portfolio Home has launched a new interactive trade website.

The Manchester-based home textiles supplier said the launch of the site, which creates “a best-in-class B2B experience for Garden Centre stockists”, follows “an extensive website development project and investment into new cloud-based stock management software”.

According to Portfolio Home, enhanced functionality includes transactional online ordering, data and analytics, real-time feeds for the most up-to-date stock, the ability to download digital assets and algorithm-powered suggestions based on historical purchasing history.

The new site aims to facilitate and streamline all orders for B2B customers as well as serve as the first point of contact for information and discovery of new on-trend home furnishings. According to the supplier, the website also puts in place a user-centric approach to design, ensuring that the website is easy to navigate and provides the information that users are looking for quickly and efficiently.

Bradley Robinson, IT director at Portfolio Home, said, “We’re committed to helping our customers find the right product at the right price and we’re confident we’ve created a best-in-class website to always get our customers everything they need instantly – it’s essential in such a changing retail market landscape.

“The new website will support Portfolio Home’s ambitious plans for further growth.”
