This established garden centre is located within the grounds of a country estate which is extensively??open to the public and there is now the opportunity for an operator to move into the garden centre with a new lease and without an ingoing business premium.
The estate includes a Grade II Listed Country House with a busy programme of events with part of the building also being utilised for executive office space.? In addition to the garden centre, there is a very successful tea room, a farm shop, a maze, light railway, attractive gardens, an arboretum, Chapel and children?s play area
The new garden centre operator will be encouraged to open their own catering facility as the existing tea room is operating at or very close to capacity and in addition, concessions in the garden centre will be actively encouraged.
