The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) has announced a partnership with Jeyes, the outdoor cleaning specialist, both to raise awareness of the RHS and its work and to encourage gardeners? spring-cleaning efforts.

The RHS has teamed up with Jeyes to give away RHS annual memberships in an on-pack promotion on iconic outdoor disinfectant Jeyes Fluid. More than 100 lucky winners will enjoy free one-year membership of the RHS. The memberships will not only allow winners to enjoy all the gardening advice and benefits the RHS offers but to get free entry to RHS Gardens and RHS Partner Gardens. RHS membership also provides access to competitively priced tickets for nationally famous flower shows such as RHS Chelsea Flower Show, RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show and RHS Garden Wisley Flower Show. Special offers and a monthly magazine are also part of the package.

The Jeyes Fluid on-pack promotion started in March and continues until September. More than 850,000 tins of Jeyes Fluid will carry a promotion giving customers a chance to win. The promotion is available on 300ml and one-litre tins found in supermarkets, garden centres and DIY stores. Jeyes will be supporting the promotion with information on how to clean outdoor areas this spring, and details of the full range of Jeyes? cleaning products, at www.facebook.com/JeyesFluid or www.jeyesfluid.co.uk

Alethea Maillard, Senior Brand Manager for Jeyes, said: ?We are thrilled to be bringing together our 140 years of cleaning expertise and the vast horticultural knowledge of the RHS to deliver this exciting promotion. This is an initiative that will be a major boost both for our products and for the wonderful work the RHS does.?

Cathy Snow, RHS Licensing Manager, said: ?We are pleased to be working alongside a brand that does so much to keep outdoor spaces clean and that has such a strong reach among gardeners. This promotion with Jeyes will appear on nearly one million items, greatly raising awareness among gardeners of the RHS and the important role the society plays in supporting the UK?s gardeners.?

The Jeyes on-pack promotion is the latest initiative supporting the highly successful RHS Licensing programme. Now in its third decade, the RHS Licensing programme boasts more than 60 licensees in the gardening, gifting and homeware categories. RHS Licensing is growing in 2016 to include educational toys, apparel and accessories, and an expanded garden category. This is supported by a new RHS Licensing Style Guide based on 500 wonderful images specially selected from more than 25,000 housed in the RHS Lindley Library.
