Scotland?s biggest ever Speciality Food Show opens in Jan
On 18th Jan Scotland?s biggest ever Speciality Food Show opens at the SECC in Glasgow with over 140 exhibitors keen to launch their 2015 ranges to farm shops, retailers and tourist shops.
Attracting the best food and drink from Scotland and beyond this unique Show is the only platform in the north of the UK for producers to showcase their goods and retailers and the catering industry to source fine food and drink. As the first large event in Scotland?s Year of Food and Drink, with a keynote speech by James Withers, Chief Exec of SF&D, it is set to be buzzing.

Among the many new exhibitors are Mara Seaweed, Little Herb Company, The Cocoa Tree, Lerwick Brewery, Gusto Artisan Food and Deliwraps. Running through the middle of the Show is the Launch Gallery for fresh, young companies such as Scotia Spice, Plaisirs d?Odette, Tea Pot Pourri and Rock Rose Gin.
Established companies are due to launch their 2015 ranges such as Summer Harvest dressings, Green City Wholefoods, Patchwork Pate and The Handmade Oatcake Co.
With a mood of optimism amongst producers and retailers in Scotland this year?s Show looks to be the best yet.
