Squires celebrates catering win

Squires in Badshot Lea is celebrating ?the greatest garden centre chef team? and ?the greatest catering team? at this year?s HTA catering conference.

Deputy chairman of the company Sarah Squire said: ?We are thrilled that the Squires Caf? Bar at Badshot Lea has been recognised by The Horticultural Trades Association as having one of the greatest catering and chef teams in the country.

?Our caf? bars are an extremely important part of our garden business, and we are proud and pleased to have received these awards.?

The company’s Badshot Lea facility is open every day, serving a range of items including breakfast, coffee and cake, and champagne afternoon tea. For the two weeks of Wimbledon it will also be serving a special cream tea.

The catering conference was held at The Belfry near Sutton Coldfield at the beginning of June.
