Squires to host David Austin rose talk
Squires Garden Centre in Milford will be holding a talk on English roses with rose expert Mike Sokolowski on Saturday July 11.
The talk will begin at 4.15pm and will approximately 75-90 minutes.
Sokolowski will provide an insight into the scale and intricacies of breeding new rose varieties, from seed through to launch at the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show.
He will also share his in-depth knowledge including cultivation, planting and care advice as well as talking about some of his personal favourite varieties and their versatility in the garden.
Tickets cost ?8.50 and include refreshments, as well as ?5 off any David Austin rose purchased on the day.
