Squire?s fire walk

Lynn Sleet from?Squire?s Garden Centre in Woking?took part in a charity ?fire walk? earlier this month at West Byfleet Golf Club. She described the walk as an ?an amazing experience and such fun.?

Talking about the fundraising effort: ?Lynn and her daughter Frankie took the ultimate mind over-matter-challenge and walked 15 feet over hot coals, burning at 1,200 degrees. They were raising money for the?Woking & Sam Beare Hospices. The hospice is a very special place for Lynn as they helped her and her husband, who passed away 15 years ago, and it is also Squire?s in Woking?s chosen charity of the year.

?The Woking & Sam Beare Hospices?offer palliative care and support for patients and their families living in central Surrey. They respond to the needs of each individual, helping people achieve the best possible quality of life.?
