Continuing on with demonstrating their commitment to creating further diversity?and providing quality options in their garden and outdoor living portfolio, Stax have?again put pen to paper in another exciting agreement that will see them become a?national distributor for Paroh Ltd.

Another welcome addition to their rapidly expanding garden division, the agreement will see?Stax stock various lines from Paroh?s leading ranges. The initial deal is for Stax to stock Paroh?s
Kent Collection, a selection of high quality garden decorations and outdoor dining furniture and?accessories.

Stax purchasing director, Simon Wright spoke enthusiastically about the new deal: ?It?s another?great deal that we?re really excited about. We?re fully committed to offering our customers leading
products at the best wholesale prices around and the deal with Paroh is another way that we?ll?be able to do just that. They?re a great company with some fantastic products that we know our
customers will really like.?

Nigel Moult, managing director of Paroh Ltd also commented: ?We are very excited to be?partnering with Stax to bring our Kent Collection range of Garden Decoration & Outdoor Dining to
the wider independent garden retail market. Stax have a wide, efficient & professional distribution?network serving the garden sector & combined with our product innovation & development we
foresee a successful future bringing these great products to market.?

Both companies are passionate about supporting independent garden retailers with quality?products, which was a major catalyst for the deal. Stax signalled their intentions to dramatically
improve their garden portfolio in 2017, a deal they have made good on with these two latest?distribution deals and reportedly more to come in the coming months.
The Paroh product range will be available to customers in all six Stax branches nationwide from?February 2018 onwards.
