Summer Party Raised ?1000+ for charity
15th July 2014 – The Garden Media Guild?s first ever summer party attracted more than 100 guests and raised over ?1000 for charity.
The event was staged at London?s Garden Museum and the money raised from charity raffle and auction, with prizes donated from across the garden industry, will be divided between the museum?s archive appeal and the charity Thrive.
?The clear message is that members want this to become an annual fixture,? says Guild chairman Deborah Stone.
