Tates garden centre celebrates Kew orchid accolade

Tates garden centre Paradise Park has?announced that its prestigious supplier of orchids is also the source for The Royal Botanic Gardens? collection.

The Newhaven garden centre prides itself on its range of orchids, and so was delighted when the Royal Botanic Gardens gave the supplier the same recognition. This is a coveted accolade for any supplier of orchids, and the same special ?Kew range? will be available soon at Paradise Park.

According to Paul Moors, managing director of the supply firm in Newton Abbot, ?We are really pleased to be associated with Kew. It is a mark of quality and tradition.?

Mark Curtis, plant manager at Paradise Park garden centre, commented, ?The Mid Sussex Orchid Society have a show at Paradise Park on March 8, so we should have this range on our shelves, as well as having some more unusual varieties to tempt orchid lovers, as well as the splendid display and helpful advice from members of the society led by Dr Maria and Gary Firth. It should be a great event.?
