Launched in 2009, the Glee Innovators Zone has already helped more than 100 companies break into the garden retail market.? This special area is designed to help nurture valuable grass-roots product development and one-off design ideas, whilst also bridging the gap between market-ready new product launches from established companies and pre-commercial product ideas.??
This year over 30 companies will be making their garden retail industry debut at Glee, an i2i Event, bringing with them a wealth of exciting new products, cutting edge innovation and never ending enthusiasm for their ideas.

Bamboo Home ? A lumber product portfolio designed specifically for outdoor use which spans decking, dimension lumber (beams/joints/posts) and wall cladding. 100% Moso bamboo and made from laminated solid bamboo strips, the range is the result of five years of intensive research and development.
Hammockology Wholesale ? Cork-based distributors to UK and Ireland of Ticket To The Moon products, which include parachute silk hammocks. Made by travellers, for travellers, these enviably comfortable parachute hammocks offer a restful sleep which is free from insects and small reptiles in any location. These hammocks provide an ideal replacement for a tent during travels or holidays, being lightweight, foldable and setting up in less than a minute, or can be enjoyed equally from the comfort of the home.
Tidier Tools – Tidier Tools is a system for the garden shed which stores garden tools in a safe, tidy and secure environment, making potentially hazardous or hard to find tools a thing of the past. The rack been designed with flexibility in mind, meaning there is no limit to the type and size of tools and equipment it can hold.

Romsley Leisure will be showcasing its brand new and innovative Therma-Table, which offers an alternative to traditional patio heating methods, and is also fully portable meaning it?s easily transferable between settings. This initial product is a launch-pad to what promises to be an exciting and innovative range of garden maintenance products designed and manufactured exclusively in the UK to the highest quality standards.
Katy Mays ? A family-run, new entrant to the garden retail market which designs and manufactures hand-made wooden planters. The planters have aluminum incorporated into each design to create a unique contrast between wooden and metal elements.
Ecoworm Ltd ? An organic producer of concentrated fertilisers, specialising in the use of the latest technology to extract naturally pure substances from earthworm vermicompost. Their mission statement is to return health to our soils by restoring the beneficial biology that has been lost, with the benefits of using this product as opposed to competitors including extraordinary soil amendment and plant nutrient.
Gravitas International Ltd ? Gravitas will be exhibiting its ?Pots of Mythology? plant pot range, each crafted from terracotta clay with its own unique Greek mythological design. Each ?Pot of Mythology? is frost proof and designed to provide optimum growth conditions for plants of all types to grow healthily.
Biostretch.com ? A brand new range of garden tie which stretches as the plant grows, providing support to the plant at every stage of its growth, and being soft is suitable for even the most delicate of stems. Biostretch is also the only purpose-built plant development product on the market which is 100% biodegradable, dropping off the plant to rot after 18-24 months.
Chilling Out ? Chill in or out with a portable and stylish electric fridge complete with smooth glide casters for easy movement, which is available in 45 or 65 litre storage capacity options. Truncator ? The award-winning new chainsaw sawhorse from Truncator makes log making simple, safe and more efficient with a design which allows for cutting multiple logs simultaneously and tipping into barrow or bag – saving fuel and energy. The Truncator sawhorse uses recycled battery plastic to protect and preserve the chainsaw, and the trestle is available in a choice of galvanised steel or aluminium.
Axiski Ltd ? An adaptable and versatile sledge which offers the option to change position on the board as you please, suiting your sporting preferences and setting. The Axiski board can be used in all types and levels of snow, maximising potential time for use, and can even be used on frost and wet grass meaning a lack of snow need not dampen spirits.
