Town & Country hands over cheque at Chelsea Flower Show

Town & Country handed over a cheque of ?2105 to Greenfingers at Chelsea Flower Show.

The company pledged to donate 25 pence for every pair of gardening gloves sold on Garden Re-Leaf Day to Greenfingers and with a total of 8,420 pairs sold, ?2105 was raised for charity.

The cheque was handed over to Greenfingers chairman Matthew Wilson, on the garden he designed for the Royal Bank of Canada at this year?s Chelsea Flower Show.

Linda Petrons, head of fundraising at Greenfingers, said: ?Town & Country has long been a supporter of Greenfingers and we already have a lot to thank them for.

?This latest fundraising initiative comes after an already generous donation of ?7,000, which was made earlier this year.

?We would like to thank them for their ongoing support.? Fantastic contributions like these are vital if we are to continue our much valued work.?
