Wilkinson Sword to showcase new product ranges at GLEE 2016

by | Aug 18, 2016 | News | 0 comments

Wilkinson Sword will be unveiling a variety of new product ranges at this year?s Glee, the UK?s leading garden retail event, as well as celebrating some of the brand?s most successful products from the past year.

Visitors to the event will be introduced to new additions in Wilkinson Sword?s celebrated range of gardening tools. Highlights of the show will include two new ranges; the Carbon Steel Collection and a new range of axes. The Ultralight collection, which has proved to be a runaway success since its launch, will also be a great draw to the stand.

The all new line up in Wilkinson Sword?s Carbon Steel Collection are the lead products at this year?s show and consist of strong, carbon steel tools heads and natural wooden ?Y? handles, with strong, smooth Ash shafts on the Digging Spade and Fork, and the Border Spade and Fork.

The durable epoxy green coating, along with the wooden handle, provides an attractive, traditional look, but is also hard-wearing and long lasting. All of the tool heads have been riveted securely in place with long sockets, adding extra support and stability.

Also launching at this year?s GLEE is a cutting-edge range of lightweight axes. Within this new range are three axes, a hatchet, felling and splitting axe. Each one specifically designed to make light work of all of your wood chopping needs, be that making kindling, felling trees or splitting wood. These axes are the perfect tools for the everyday householder, particularly those with wood-burners. They make chopping and splitting easy, manageable and straightforward, without the need of a lumberjack!

The stand would not be complete without the star of this year?s RHS flower shows ? the Ultralight, which was a finalist in the recent GIMA awards. This revolutionary range delivers strong, expertly crafted and stylish garden tools in a comfortable, ultralight package. The hedge shears and bypass loppers have proved to be an enormous hit since their launch, so why not come along to the stand to see what all the fuss is about?!

There is something for every gardener within the Wilkinson Sword range of garden tools, and each one carries the reassuring Wilkinson Sword 10 year guarantee.
